Severn Trent Water Mains Work at Hallam Fields

Severn Trent have notified Birstall Parish Council of water mains works at Hallam Fields which may affect you.

They plan to carry out these works from 14 February 2022 and take approximately five days to complete the works. They will be working under a road closure with a diversion route in place.

Birstall Parish Council are proud to be working in partnership with the Birstall Branch of the Royal British Legion to ensure that the annual Remembrance parade and service continues.

The parade and service will be held on Sunday, 14 November 2021.

Birstall Parish Council are pleased to announce that the new play equipment on School Lane playing fields is now complete and is open for the public to use.

The Parish Council wish to thank everybody for their patience with the delay in being able to open the slide but the safety of members of the public was paramount in this case and until they were completely satisfied it just couldn't be opened.... Read More »
